Become a Super Swimmer! To get really good at all four ways of swimming (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) by making our technique smooth and using our bodies well.

Learn to Race Like a Pro! To master cool racing moves like diving in fast, turning quickly at the wall, and finishing strong, just like in a real race.

Swim for Longer and Stronger! To build up our energy so we can swim for longer without getting too tired.

Love the Water and Be Safe! To feel really comfortable and confident in the pool and always know how to be safe in the water.
